*The symposium offers a student fee for undergraduate and master students. Please submit a scan of your student ID when registering to the symposium.

The registration includes:

  • Admission to the full conference programme
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Certificate of attendance

Cancellation terms

Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at info@cap-partner.eu.

Cancellations postmarked before and on 20 March 2024 will be refunded deducting administration costs of 250 DKK.

After 20 March 2024, registration fees are non-refundable.

NB! Please note that tickets for the symposium dinner are non-refundable.

If the symposium is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the symposium.


Payment & VAT Terms

Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer), credit card (Mastercard or VISA) or EAN invoice (only Danish institutions). Upon completion of the registration an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and will be the only copy you will receive.

Important note: Your billing information including credit card numbers will be automatically encrypted by SSL and therefore prevent any unauthorized or unscrupulous persons from prying into the transmission.

It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct invoice address is entered during the process.

 

EAN – Only possible for Danish public institutions:
If you wish to receive an electronic invoice via an EAN number please choose External payment as payment type and send an email to registration@cap-partner.eu with the following information: EAN number, participant name and the name of the conference. In case of EAN invoicing a handling fee of 30 DKK will be added.


Sharing of contact details

The Symposium Secretariat (CAP Partner) will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system, and data will be treated by organizers only for organizational purposes, particularly for matters in relation to registration, certification, as well as information about the symposium.

Each participant receives a name badge onsite carrying the family name and the first name of the participant as well as a QR code. Each participant shall consider that by accepting any scanning of the badge at any stand at the symposium, the participant gives his/her authorization to the organiser to transfer the data of the participant regarding his/her postal address and e-mail to the holder of the stand, including the authorization to use said data for marketing purposes. 


Disclaimer
In case of reasons beyond the control of the Symposium Secretariat, CAP Partner has the right to immediately alter or cancel the symposium or any arrangements, timetables, plans, or other items relating directly or indirectly to the symposium. The participants shall not be entitled to any compensation for the damage that results from such alteration or cancellation. Furthermore, apart from any willful damage or gross negligence committed by the organisers, the symposium shall not at any time be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the participants, including consequential and immaterial damage, caused by failure to comply.
